Your booking agreement with Beacon Vintage and Classic Wedding Cars
A non refundable deposit amounting to £75.00 per vehicle is required to confirm your booking with the balance becoming due no later than 14 days prior to your vehicle hire date.
Your booking with Beacon Vintage and Classic Wedding Cars is subject to our right to use a substitute car, should the one you have reserved, not be available for use, due to circumstances beyond our control. The reason for this proviso is that Vintage and Classic cars however well maintained, were never constructed to the exacting standards and reliability afforded by the modern Automobile and mechanical failure could therefore be a possibility. Should this unlikely eventuality arise, we will of course advised you at the earliest opportunity
In the event that Beacon Vintage and Classic Wedding Cars are unable to offer you an acceptable alternative vehicle, our maximum liability will not exceed the amount previously received for your booking.
Please rest assured we do very much appreciate that this is your special day and every effort will be made by Beacon Vintage and Classic Wedding cars to ensure the success of the part we are to play |
